Versatile and easy, this blend plays a supporting role in nearly everything except sweets. Any meat, any vegetable entree, any soup, and most sauces. Really suited for butter and wine reductions, but great with cream too. Use as a marinade, rub, dressings, and in dips. Boil potatoes and pasta before mashing or draining. Mix into cream cheese for a smear or to finish other dishes.
