High notes of cinnamon and aromatics, earth tones of cumin and turmeric, and the sweetness of coconut milk. And yes, there is some chili. From stir-fry to curry, this blend is a delight.
SUGGESTIONS FOR USE
Stir-fry meats, vegetables, eggs, and seafood. Designed for you to add cream rather than coconut milk. (Normally, you'd use 1/3rd of a $4.00 can and throw the rest.) Use to marinate meats before grilling, or add vegetables and meat to make wonderful 'yellow curry'. Fry with noodles, rice, and egg. Great blend with fruit like mango, pineapple, and coconut. Top any of these dishes with peanuts for traditional crunch and added protein.
