Salisbury Steak

An easy family favorite

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground beef (I used 80/20)

1/3 cup bread crumbs

2 tbsp. French Provincial

1 egg


Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees

Mix bread crumbs and French Provincial in a bowl

Add ground beef and egg, mix well

Divide into fourths, and shape into patties

Bake for 25 minutes
